Bay Captain connects Northern California vessel owners to professional and licensed captains and marine operation services. Vessel management, for-hire-captains, commercial and pleasure craft consulting. USCG and CARB regulatory compliance consulting.

EC Wave Attenuator Service
Over two months duration we succesfully retrofitted 180 plastic baffles to drain heavy sedimintation. This was an subservice process involving commercial divers, pnumatic saws, and consistent communications with Engineers across the globe and local Management.
Test Pilot
Bradley Angle contracted with Boundary Layers Technology for two years to operate and consult on safety standards for their electric hydrofoiling cargo ship prototype.
COI Preparation
Before the pandemic, we succesfully qualified the PROP ferries for USCG COI approval. This included training the crew and preparing the vessel for inspection.
Historic Luxury Ship Management
The National Parks recently awarded the Robert Gray (aka, Sacajawea) a place on the Historic Register. From 2020 through the present we've managed the operations and crew of the vessel, including running charter operations from San Francisco to Jueneau Alaska.
ACOE and USCG
Bradley Angle has seven years of experience with the US Coast Guard and the Army Corps of Engineers. From workin as boat crew, boarding teams, and law enforcement units in the CG; to working in marine debris collection and survey with the ACOE.
